hey guys just thought i’d make a vid on how to open nat for xbox live (xbox 360) for a belkin router, not sure if its the same way for a linksys router but the numbers are all the same.

  11. thnx man it worked…..if all of you out their have an xbox that keeps on changing the IP just try, 2,3,4,5 or 6 for the ip untill you get it…thats what i had to do

  18. @ultrabeastmode yeah i had the same problem a while ago, ive been trying to change it ever since, but it’s finally let me change it since we have a new router and computer. I think it was just too shit to handle changing it’s settings before :P

  22. One more thing you might do is this: Under LAN settings DHCP server assigns a pool of IP addresses for the systems on your network. If you limit the number of IP addresses to the number of systems you have on the network, DHCP is less likely to assign a different IP for your XBOX when you start it up. For instance, I only have my computer and my XBOX on the network so I limit the DHCP pool to starting address 2 and ending address 3. Hope this was helpful.
