Can a wirless cable dsl router be used as a wifi access point?

Can I plug a cable dsl router with wireless N capability in to my existing ADSL modem router to act as an wifi access point?

    Yes- but not with all routers. Most require an upgrade by firmware flash to enable that potential. Do a google on your name brand by model and version #. There will be a forum out there on the web for it. I'm doing this from a simliar setup right now. Some routers can be turned into bridges, access points, repeaters.. etc. Whatcha got planned for this ?

    Yes. Not sure what brand you're using but there should be an option to make it an access point or a router. Select access point, obviously.
