Can i connect the ethernet cable from the XBOX 360 to the router, or does it need to be plugged in to the modem?
(It's for XBOX live).

Yes you can : ) as long as your router is connected to a modem that is feeding it internet. Its better to hook up your xbox through an ethernet cable rather than wireless in fact! So enjoy Xbox live, it is really great.

Yes. The one that comes with the xbox is the same thing as all the others, its just a little prettier.

Haha yes you plug it into the router there should be 4 ports labeled ethernet depends on the router i suppose and you plug into one of those ports but make sure that the modem and router are connected because if you dont no live and good luck on XBOX live have fun!!!!!!
