  You can. If you have ADSL or DSL (AKA using Phone Lies) you can buy a modem. Virgin are a CABLE Internet so they supply you with modem that you MUST use because its the modem that deals with the signal and not the cable itself.

  Connect the Modem to the router. Then take a cable from the router to your computer and another one to your wireless
