    I’d go with Cat-5e. But I am sure that you can use cat 5 or cat 6. Just so long as it is a straight cable as opposed to a crossover cable, you’ll be cool.

    You can use CAT5, CAT5e or a CAT6 Ethernet patch cable. 100M or shorter for all of the above.

    You could use a cat5, cat5e, or a cat6 cable. If the router only has fast ethernet ports then using a cat5 cable should be sufficient, but if it has gigabit ports then you should use etiher a cat5e or cat6. Cat6 cables are basically most ideal as they are the more futureproof.
