Either choice is good, Cisco is probably a little larger company in that there name is mor recognizable and more people have heard of Cisco Products over Juniper.
As far as getting certification in either malaysia, or thailand you will need to contact your company of choice and see what and where they offer there training.

My choice will be Cisco as Cisco has many tracks and most of the world is using Cisco so during job u will find cisco every where and support ,material ,help and concepts and value of certifications of Cisco is much more than Juniper.

I am a Cisco guy through and through, but in my professional opinion, you will not go wrong with either vendor – Juniper is here to stay for quite a while. Cisco is bigger, has a much larger product line (Juniper has no switches still I believe as 1 example), and much more market share. They also have a dearth of talent out there that you need to compete with in landing that job. Juniper is large enough to be solid, their acquisition of Netscreen was a huge win for them – as well as Neoterrace for VPN … you will find that they are a smaller company, more niche, but less people to compete against.

Overall market demand is higher for Cisco, but so is overall supply of engineering talent. Less demand, but less supply for Juniper – bottom line, you win either way. I cannot comment in any way on schools in Thailand or Maylasia.

    Hope this helps.
