When Juniper updates the ScreenOS, they also add new definitions for application layer gateways (ALGs). Check to see if an ALG is enabled for the RTSP protocol under the Security > ALG > Basic web menu then disable it, or use 'unset alg rtsp enable' from the command line.

It probably just re-set your trusted sites. You can access the router setting by getting the IP address off the router and typing it into your address bar in internet explorer. Perhaps in there you can allow the site. You could also try using your trusted sites tool through Internet explorer. Go to the verizon page with the videos, right click your IE toolbar up top in the blank space next to help. Choose trusted sites and add the site or click the hands shaking button on the far left of the toolbard. Good luck.
